Amberleigh, LLC purchased adjoining property for Section 4 of The Village of Amberleigh1.10.2014
Dick Collier purchased the two contiguous properties,immediately West of Amberleigh in 2008. These properties will be developed as Phase II (Section 4) Amberleigh. Chesterfield County Planning Commission granted tentative approval of the development plan for Phase II, which will consist of 44 additional residential lots and 4 commercial parcel, on September 20, 2011. Dick Collier anticipates commencement of construction of this final phase in early 2017.
