Chesterfield County Planning Commission Approves Amberleigh Phase II9.20.2011
Phase II of The Village of Amberleigh received "tentative subdivision approval" by the Chesterfield Planning Commission for 44 houses on 14 acres located to the west of the existing residential community. The remaining 3.73 acres, fronting 720 feet on Hull Street Road will be rezoned as four commercial sites and will be separated from the residential community by an architectural brick wall as in Phase I.
